Cancel any time
Cancel in Paddle’s customer portal before renewal to avoid the next charge. Your License remains active through the paid period.
Refund requests
Paddle is the merchant of record and handles eligible refund requests. Contact Paddle using the receipt or customer portal. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction still apply.
Service failures
If a verified service failure made the paid extension unusable for a material part of the billing period, email [email protected] with your License key hint and affected dates. RecommendLess is operated by GrumpyOats FZ-LLC.
